Playing together

Making nests

We looked for bird nests in the garden and saw a nest up in the tree.
We used sticks to build our own nest in the tree. We used leaves to make it 'cosy warm'
Staff asked
"Why is the nest in the tree?"
"So can fly to its nest."
We talked about what birds eat
"Owls birds and seagulls eats worms"

Fantastic writing

Darcie-Leigh has done some fantastic writing, listening for and writing sounds as she sounded out words.

Thank you Corey

Corey had an idea today, he asked Miss Colling if he could make a coat peg picture for Mrs Ellis
Corey and some friends took Mrs Ellis' photo, sent it on an email, put it on the computer, copied and pasted it into a box, printed it out, laminated it and stuck it on the peg with Velcro, as a surprise.

Thank you very much Corey I love it
